5. Moderation & Appeals

Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity of the network and its community.

Appeals may be submitted through approved channels (such as Discord tickets). Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a decision.

All moderation decisions are final unless overturned through the official appeal process.

6. Virtual Items & Purchases

Etherwave may offer virtual items, ranks, or services through third-party payment platforms.

• All purchases are virtual and have no real-world value

• Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law

• Etherwave reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time

Access to purchased items may be revoked if a user violates server rules.

All content on the Etherwave website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Etherwave unless otherwise stated.
